What is Socurio?

SoCurio is a marketplace and creative community for art that connects buyers with emerging to established artist. We make art more accessible to the world by providing a platform for artists to make a living without giving up their artistic vision.

Who can sell on Socurio?

All emerging to established Artists are eligible to sell. Once you register, you can upload your creations and must have them collected a qualifying amount of times in order to be a selling artist. You may also have received a promotional code for our early adopters, which qualifies you. To start selling on SoCurio, you'll first need to register for an account. Sign up for FREE.

What can be Sold?

Original art that YOU have created that falls under the categories displayed on SoCurio. If you don't see a category that best describes your art, check back often as we may add new categories at anytime. Want to suggest a new category? Contact us!

How does it work?

1) You list your creation

2) Buyers find your creation and pay you directly

3) You ship your creation directly to your buyer

How much does it Cost?

.35 cents for art posted for sale
It's FREE to upload your art and showcase it on your SoCurio Loft, but if you want to sell your art in the gallery, it will cost you .35 cents per item. After four months if your art does not sell it is unlisted and you may easily relist it if you like (at the same price). There are NO posting fees through March 31, 2011.

5% sales fee
When your art sells on SoCurio, you will be charged 5% of the total sale price. This percentage does not include the shipping price.

Paying fees

All SoCurio fees are easily paid through your SoCurio account with a credit card or with your PayPal account. Each month we add up all your fees, and on the last day we send you an email with what you owe. You can pay your bill at any time manually using your credit card or PayPal account.
