Photography is an art that captures the moment, the mood , and a story while using the light and camera as the brush that creates not just a photograph but a statement. I embrace photography to not only capture that one moment in time, from events, to people to one beautiful segment of nature, but also as a vehicle to present a different view. Hopefully some photos will cause the viewer to appreciate the photo (statement), while others will look twice at the photos and question what they see. Although I enjoy all aspects of photography, I especially enjoy black and white photography portraying timeless views as well as using the camera as a tool to create abstract color photographic prints.
