soCurio | art is for everyone

My work is inspired by my surroundings. It is often a semi-abstract, not-quite-real interpretation of the world; a world where flowers have feelings and the earth and sky exchange clothes! The landscapes I paint are colourful symbols of places I see every day or have visited. My photographs attempt to capture the glory of Nature, with as little manipulation as possible. Although I hold a degree in art and design education (B.Ed Hons), I consider myself largely self-taught. I hope that you enjoy looking at my work.
