I am a watercolor artist, I have tried other media and am only interested in painting in watercolors. I only began painting 7 years ago after retiring from a profession in education. In the short time that I have been painting, I have been very successful. I will have a painting appearing in the "SPLASH 11, the best of watercolor" which is distrbuted internationally. I have also had paintings accepted into national juried exhibitions and one was chosen to be the poster image for the 2007 Arkansas Blues and Heritage Festival. I paint all types of watercolor from portraits to landscapes and florals, and even wildlife, and I do accept commissions. I also teach watercolor on cruises. It is important to me to let people know that it is never too late to begin........... I would love to find a gallery to show my work in.
