Description

Phoenix stoneware claybody, thickly applied white porcelain slip, swirled pattern into wet slip with a brush. When dry, the slip was combed to provide some additional texture. Celedon glaze. Wheel thrown, altered, fired to cone 10 in a reduction atmosphere.
